To get to Manta by plane, the best way to do it is flying to Manta Int Airport with a stop in Quito (Mariscal Sucre Airport), most cities flight to Quito and from there you can get to Manta in one of the daily flights that Tame, Avianca or LAN offer.

By bus, you Will find a service at each city at the local bus terminal, prices varies from $3 up to $15 depending on how far the city is.
By plane, the only way to flight is departing or connecting by Quito airport, Tame, LAN and Avianca offers daily flights to Manta Intl Airport.
