Airports
To get to Manta by plane, the best way to do it is flying to Manta Int Airport with a stop in Quito (Mariscal Sucre Airport), most cities flight to Quito and from there you can get to Manta in one of the daily flights that Tame, Avianca or LAN offer.
The other way to do it is flying to Guayaquil (Joaquin de Olmedo Airport) and then by land a 2 hour trip to Manta that can be made by bus, taxi, Uber or renting a car.

By Car or Bus
Manta is a city really easy to get to.
If you decide to travel by car it is 6 hours from Quito or 2 hours from Guayaquil. The roads are in great condition and safe. At all main cities you can find a car rental service, local or international as AVIS, Eurocar, Enterprise and Budget.
By bus, you Will find a service at each city at the local bus terminal, prices varies from $3 up to $15 depending on how far the city is.
By plane, the only way to flight is departing or connecting by Quito airport, Tame, LAN and Avianca offers daily flights to Manta Intl Airport.
